When you click on the link to watch the service live:
A message will pop-up asking you to install Microsoft Silverlight. (If it is not already installed on your computer.)

FAQ’S

Q: “I downloaded Microsoft Silverlight to my computer, and it’s not playing?”
A: If the stream does not start after you have downloaded the software, press your refresh button on your web browser or "F5"

Q: “Will I be able to watch the entire service?”
A: Yes. If you log on at 11:30am, you will be able to watch the service live from start to finish.

Q: “What if I enjoyed the message and would like to order a copy... How do I do that?”
A: To the right of the video you will see a tab that you can click at the close of service to place your order.
(Strongly Recommended: Ordering at the close of service, to ensure an uninterrupted service.)

Q: “Will I need to come to this page every time that I want to watch a service?”
A: No. Once the Silverlight software is loaded you will be able to connect to the live service from the link on the homepage.

Q: “Can I sign-on earlier than 11:30am MST?”
A: Yes. The (Silverlight) stream will begin at 11:10am MST - (20min - Playing various message highlights and a recap from the prior week.)

Q: “What do I do if the service is cutting in and out or the audio to video is out of sync?”
A: Check all of your internet connections, make sure that you have a strong signal. We recommend that you are connected to the Lan line and not wireless. Hit F5 or refresh on your browser. (If your connection is strong... Please be patient, the problem may be a technical difficulty on our end.)

Q: “Is there a way to install the Microsoft Silverlight before the day of the service?”
A: Yes. We have put a FREE link (below) if you want to install the software ahead of time.
