Policy and Procedure

1. “Scrip” orders are processed weekly. See Schedule section below for ordering deadlines.
2. Gift certificates are just like cash. Once your order is picked up from church, you are responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced certificates. Neither Calvary Chapel Castle Rock nor the “Scrip” program will be held responsible.
3. Gifts cards may have varying expiration dates from 3 months to 2 years, to no expiration date at all. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep track of the expiration dates of the certificates. See the back of the cards for more details.
4. It is not the responsibility of either Calvary Chapel Castle Rock or “Scrip” if an error is made while you are ordering. You must take what you ordered, so please double check your order before submitting it on-line.
5. In case a store closes and you have unused gift cards or certificates, it is not the responsibility of Calvary Chapel Castle Rock or the “Scrip” program to refund you the value of the card.
6. All gift cards will be picked up from Calvary Chapel Castle Rock and will require a signature and valid drivers license.
