Brian Abeyta is the Sr. Pastor of Calvary Chapel Castle Rock. He is supported by his beautiful wife Jenipher and his four lovely daughters, Miquela, Lauren, Isabella and Sophia. Brian started out in normal Calvary fashion… in the nursery! From there, Brian served in a variety of Calvary Chapels in various roles, and prior to being called to Castle Rock, was the Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel in Newport News , VA.
Brian loves to teach God's word verse by verse, chapter by chapter and book by book. He loves to share the incredible message of God's unmatchable grace. Brian is very passionate from the pulpit… He has seen God do so many miraculous things in his life that he would feel complacent if he wasn't out sharing the love of Jesus Christ. Brian's heart is laid out in their mission as a church: "A place of refuge for the lost and hurting…" His desire is to cultivate an environment where ANYONE can come and find refuge from the storms of life... Psalm 46:1 "God is our Refuge and Strength, A very present help in time of trouble..."
